In 2013, long-time neighbors and friends Andy Grear and Rhett Harkins began a partnership in their efforts to redeem space in their neighborhood and in Cincinnati at large. RDM (Red Door Management) set out to assist people in seeing their homes and places of business restored and elevated into functional, beautiful, hospitable spaces.

Traditionally, a red door symbolizes hospitality, positive energy, and submission to God. It serves as a beacon to those looking for a resting place to call home. RDM Services is a business that specializes in embodying those adjectives in space. It’s our heart to maintain, restore, and create places for families and communities to gather and enjoy.
